Tips for learning English:
My biggest insight in writing came to me in sophomore year, when a professor told me, "a badly written paper is a paper done."
This is not to encourage sloppy writing - instead, it is to encourage you to keep writing, even if the first draft is not up to your ideal standards. Write something - anything - don't be afraid of making mistakes, and keeping working from there on.
